Welcome to Sportfield Elementary School's website, home of the Eagles! Our school was a PreK-5 Department of Defense Dependents School located in Hanau, Germany, the birthplace of the Brothers Grimm -- linguists and collectors of German folklore. Sportfield Elementary opened in the fall of 1982. After 24 years of educating children, Sportfield closed its doors forever as of 9 June 2006.
